Breast treatment is a collection of different procedures that can restore, rejuvenate, or rebalance the volume, appearance, and well-being of the female breasts. You may undergo these procedures for aesthetic, reconstructive, or medical reasons, with each offering its own unique benefits and natural-looking results.

Dr Fazel can perform these procedures to reconstruct the breasts after an injury or illness, reduce physical discomfort, revitalise your aesthetic appearance, and improve your self-confidence. No matter what concerns you may be facing, Dr Fazel can create a personalised treatment plan that restores both your appearance and quality of life.

Available Breast Procedures

Accessory Breast Tissue Excision

An accessory breast tissue excision is a procedure that can restore a smoother, more contoured armpit. Dr Fazel can perform it to address excess breast tissue, also known as accessory breast tissue, that has begun to bulge in the armpit. (1)

Areola Reduction

An areola reduction is a procedure that can reshape and reposition the areolas to create a smaller, more proportionate, and symmetrical appearance. (2) This procedure can elevate the appearance of naturally imbalanced or large areolas, as well as correct aesthetic changes that ageing, breastfeeding, fluctuations in weight, and hormonal imbalances have caused.

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation is a procedure that can improve the size, shape, symmetry, and fullness of the breasts. Dr Fazel may either place silicone or saline breast implants, each ranging in a variety of sizes, shapes, and textures. (3)

Breast Implant Exchange

Dr Fazel can perform a breast implant exchange to replace your breast implants with a newer, fresher pair. This procedure is highly effective if you are interested in altering the type of implants you have, addressing certain complications, or removing a ruptured or expired implant.

Breast Implant Removal

A breast implant removal is a procedure that Dr Fazel can perform to address implant-related complications and concerns. (4) He may perform this procedure by removing either your silicone or saline breast implants, as well as any scar tissue surrounding them.

Breast Lift

A breast lift elevates the breasts on the chest wall to create a more youthful-looking appearance without altering the volume of the breasts themselves. This procedure can address the appearance of loose or sagging breast skin, downward-pointing nipples, malpositioned areolas, or deflation. (5)

Breast Implant Removal With Breast Lift

Dr Fazel can perform a breast implant removal with a breast lift by combining the techniques of both procedures. This consists of him removing either silicone or saline implants from the chest before he repositions the breasts themselves to address any remaining aesthetic concerns. (6)

Breast Lift with Implants

A breast lift with implants, or an augmentation mastopexy, is a procedure that combines the techniques of a breast augmentation with a breast lift. This allows you to comprehensively enhance the shape, fullness, and position of the breast within a singular procedure.

Breast Reconstruction

Breast reconstruction is an advanced procedure that Dr Fazel can perform to restore the natural contours and curves of the breasts after undergoing a full or partial mastectomy. (7) He can use either synthetic implants or biological materials to tailor each procedure towards the individual, allowing them to restore their physical appearance and improve their psychosocial well-being.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction is a procedure that can address the appearance and weight of disproportionately large breasts. Dr Fazel can excise excess tissue to reduce the volume and size of the breasts, allowing you to achieve a more proportionate appearance and alleviate any physical discomfort you may have been experiencing. (8)

Doughnut Breast Lift

The doughnut breast lift is a variation of the breast lift with implants that uses a specialised, circular incision. This incision follows the perimeter of the areolas, allowing Dr Fazel to hide scarring within the pigmented skin. Dr Fazel will then place either silicone or saline implants and elevate the position of your breasts. (5)

En Bloc Capsulectomy

An en bloc capsulectomy is a procedure that removes a breast implant and any scar tissue that has formed around it. (9) This scar tissue is known as capsular contracture, which may lead to harder-feeling breasts, distortion, and physical discomfort. By undergoing this procedure, you can alleviate each of your concerns and determine the root cause of your scarring.

Fat Transfer to Breasts

A fat transfer to the breasts, or a fat transfer breast augmentation, is a procedure that uses your body’s own fat to enhance the shape, size, and fullness of the breasts. (10) During the procedure, Dr Fazel uses liposuction to harvest fat from other areas of the body, such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. He will then purify this fat before carefully layering it within your chest to resculpt your breasts.

Inverted Nipple Correction

Inverted nipple correction is a procedure that can correct the appearance of inward-pointed or flattened nipples. Genetics may cause the natural inversion of your nipples, or events such as pregnancy, illness, or breastfeeding may cause them to develop later in life. (11) Dr Fazel can perform this procedure using several different corrective techniques, as well as in conjunction with another breast enhancement procedure.

Nipple Reconstruction

Nipple reconstruction can restore the functionality and aesthetic appearance of your nipples and areolas. (12) Dr Fazel primarily performs this procedure to ameliorate concerns resulting from breast cancer treatments, correct congenital deformities, and address trauma sustained from an injury.

Nipple Reduction

Nipple reduction is a surgical procedure that can minimise the appearance of disproportionately prominent or elongated nipples. Dr Fazel can perform this procedure by reducing the projection, length, or width of the nipple itself—leaving the areola untouched and intact. (13)

Onco Plastic Surgery

Onco plastic surgery, or oncology plastic surgery, focuses on treating breast cancer in a manner that is both safe and aesthetically pleasing. Dr Fazel can use a variety of advanced techniques depending on the size and location of your tumour, including breast remodelling, therapeutic mammoplasty, local perforator flaps, and fat transfers. (14)

Tuberous Breast Correction

Tuberous breast correction is a specialised procedure Dr Fazel can perform to address tuberous breast deformity. This congenital condition constricts the breasts and creates an enlarged and protruding areola shape, leading to the appearance of uneven, narrow, and asymmetrical breasts. (15)

How will I know which breast procedure is right for me?

Attending a personal consultation is the best way to determine which procedure will help you achieve your desired results.

Can I still breastfeed after undergoing a breast procedure?

Your ability to nurse will depend on the type of procedure you undergo and the surgical techniques Dr Fazel employs. If you plan on breastfeeding after your breast enhancement, we ask that you discuss these plans with Dr Fazel.

Will I lose sensation in my nipples after my breast procedure?

You may experience a temporary change in sensation as you recover, but it will subside as you continue to heal.

Can Dr Fazel combine several breast procedures into one treatment plan?
